Graciela Santamaria

I am so glad that EOP is a part of my higher education career. I am a third year social work major at CSU, Long Beach. my fondest memory so far of EOP is that they have been very instrumental in supporting my journey to get into my major, Social Work. I am certain that social work is the right career choice and I am so grateful for the counselors and staff that have assisted me with advising, tutoring and reviewing my application to get into the social work program. Also because of the amazing financial aid advising and support at EOP, I know that I can be successful in higher education and reach my goals of earning a bachelor’s degree. In addition to being an EOP student, I also work as a student assistant for their front desk. This position as helped me grow professionally, and become more knowledgeable about the program services and the impact that it has made in student’s lives.
